Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FoundLocals services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

FoundLocals provides patient acquisition and booking services for healthcare practices, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered advertising campaigns
• Custom landing page creation and optimization
• Two-way calendar scheduling integration
• Patient lead generation and qualification
• Practice growth consulting and support

3. Service Guarantee

FoundLocals guarantees a minimum of 8 qualified patient appointments per month. If this guarantee is not met in any given month, we will waive our $399 management fee for that month. This guarantee applies only to our standard service package and is subject to client compliance with our recommended practices and procedures.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. Advertising spend is billed separately and is in addition to our management fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and credentials
• Maintaining professional standards in patient interactions
• Responding to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws
• Providing feedback and communication as requested

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all advertising campaigns will be paused, and access to our systems will be discontinued. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or advertising spend.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and patient data. All patient information is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations. We do not sell, share, or distribute patient data to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

FoundLocals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by FoundLocals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their practice information and patient data.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
